The Post 321 Amateur Radio Club as a subsidiary activity of the Post.  This organization will be known as:

         THE AMERICAN LEGION AMATEUR RADIO CLUB (TALARC) of Post 321

TALARC will operate as a non-commercial association of all Post 321 members who hold an active FCC Amateur Radio license.  There will be NO membership fees for joining TALARC.

The initial objectives of TALARC are:

     * To promote interest in amateur radio and electronics in general.

     * To help interested Post 321 members to obtain an FCC Amateur Radio license.
